BOAT TRIP    
 
For those attending the boat trip on Sunday 11th May, please see the map for the location of the pick up point. Please note that this has changed since this website first launched and is now located where most of Zurich's larger tourist boats are docked, at the well known station called 'Bürkliplatz'. This is very conveniently located, in any event no more than a 5-10 minute walk from our recommended hotels. If you follow the location marked on the map, you will have no problems finding this. As there will be quite a few other boats docked there, look out for 'MS Obersee II' which is pictured on the right. Please do remember to arrive well in time, as once the boat sets sail at 12 o'clock sharp (we are not joking, this is Switzerland after all) we will be unable to turn back. We have tried to accommodate as many of you as possible for the boat trip, and we hope that those unable to come along will forgive us. There is a strict maximum capacity and although we have the largest boat available for private hire, there is still not quite enough space for absolutely everyone. One would not want to risk capsizing after all! Lunch will be served on board, and the boat returns at 3pm so many of you may wish to book your return flights from Zurich on Sunday evening, say from about 6pm. The airport is only a 15-20 minute drive from Zurich!
