Zurich

Zurich is a  vibrant city offering a rich cultural heritage and the cobbled streets and squares of its historic centre are lined with many lovely buildings. These lend themselves perfectly for strolling...Lake Zurich stretches some 25 miles from the centre of town to the foot of the Alps. On a clear day these are clearly visible and make for a breathtaking scene.

Zurich's main shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse, is located very near to the weekend's events. You will find the approximate location of this on the map. For those interested in a bit of window shopping or admiring Switzerland's impressive array of brand watches etc., it is well worth a visit. Watch out for the trams though, as they travel  at a speedy pace!
